Welshpool Airport (EGCW)Welshpool, Mid-Wales Airport, lies in the Severn valley, and is located about 2 miles south of Welshpool town. The airport was converted from a grass strip in 1990 to it's full tarmac runway. Now the airfield provides a range of commercial air services and still provides an excellent GA service for visitors and based aircraft.
