Flew into Tibenham on Sunday 13th, the field is geared more toward the very active gliding club, but with a little understanding we and the other 3 aircraft in the group got down and parked. The food was excellent and the people could not have been friendlier or more helpfull, we sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed the peace and watched the gliders being launced by both tug plane and winch. Departing was easy, just wait for the winch cable to land, then go. ”
