Flew down to Thruxton a couple of weeks ago from Fairoaks, really easy to find, and ATC were really friendly. Dispite our visit on a sunny Saturday the field was fairly quite and laid back. Found the landing fee's a bit high, £10 for a 150. Apart from that a nice place to visit. Oh suggest you phone as the race circuit could be active which will effect aircraft movements. ”
