Flew into Stoke Golding today. PPR can be done by e-mail directly on the website (see link on "basic info" page).
The airfield isn't too hard to find; it's 1 nm NE of Nuneaton VRP, and at 16 nm on radial 040 from HON VOR. A road runs parallel to 08/26, and the runway itself has white threshold markers/numbers. It helps if you know what to look for! 08/26 is 525m x 25m, and even on damp/wet grass like today, that was plenty for the Robin. Better plan for a short field landing though; I found that flying a flatter than usual profile on final helped - except a telephone line 500m from the 26 threshold, nothing stands in the way.
The airfield was deserted so I can't comment on facilities etc. but having flown in the area many times, it was nice to discover a little airstrip! There was a nice feel to it, so I'll be back on a busier day!
Sorry for picture quality; viz wasn't too good.
