The Flying Grasshoppers Ltd is run by 8 members of G-AZHI a Victa Airtourer based at Rochester. This is the only Airtourer in the UK available to hire, from trail flights to experience PPL's. There are currently only 14 Airtourers left flying in the UK.
Availability week days and weekends is always good via the web based booking. This is the Airtourer Super (T5) model with the lycoming 150bhp VP prop, Public CofA (April 2009). Airfield available sun rise to sun set, with lights in the winter months.
Currently £60/year membership, £130/ hour Tacho Time (approx £110 log book), No base landing fee's.
2 seater Semi-Aerobatic (+6/-3), full IMC equipment, great handling from this Ozzie air force trainer. Cheap fun flying. Secure online booking system.
PPL/IMC/Nights/type check training available for students of any experience from Millen Aviation based at Rochester.
