Visited EGHD on 12/12/07 very friendly to GA. Ground crew told us they are trying to encourage GA traffic even put chocks under for us and on asking about a meal suggested a local pub about 1/2 mile away with an alternate snack in the Flying Club. We opted for the pub meal at The Jackrabbit A shame we missed Jon Yorke with NCFC Also great service from Cardiff and Exeter Radar, I was really impressed with Cardiff when asked to climb and maintain 6000 for seperation with Fokker 100 taking off below. Landed back at Wolves for a night landing (1700) Altogether a great day out which stretched my flying ”
