Runways:Submitted by: Richard Herring (strictly the 13/31 closure business is market days, which may include bank holidays, not just Saturdays and 13 is closed altohether, 31 is available for t/o only.)
02/20 may be closed on other occasions (usually Sundays) when ground-based events (drag racing, vehicle rallies etc) are taking place.

Only to be used when strong winds preclude the use of RWY 02/20.
