We flew to leicester today with my two children. Very informal and friendly when calling for PPR. Good clear A/G radio service and a good runway. I uplifted fuel so had my landing fee waived, we also went up to the restaurant/bar which is lovely, nice and relaxed with friendly staff, and a great view of the runways. Also a nice outdoor fenced in grass area, again with a great view. I also noticed a sign indicating wireless internet access which would be good for flight planning - although I did not use it on this occasion. I will go back here again, its child and passenger friendly ! ”
