Filton LARS (lower airspace radar advisory service) - due to
limitations of radar performance, ATC may not be able to give
warning to pilots in receipt of a radar service in respect of non
transponding traffic. This is particularly applicable to traffic
crossing at right angles to the final approach track which may not
show on the radar display.
