Submitted by: Ian Maclean Great visit, to meet someone who lives locally. Arrived on a bright day to find a light snow covering. Identified the strip easily following the road from the S. and matching the roundabout to the clear photo on the informative website. Gusty, and with a SW wind providing a bit of crosswind, I approached over the trees as low and slow as felt OK and then cut the power to drop down to the numbers for a perfect touchdown! Long smooth runway allowed gentle braking and we left nice snowprints down the centre. Type TB200GT - I'll visit again for a photo, in better weather! THANKS for being there and felt VERY welcomed despite there being no-one there! Fun! The camera on final focused on the interior but still interesting! Loading full size image (864×648)...
