This was my second visit this year, Clive Porter was there to meet me along with Mike who has built an SE5 from plans. It must be pretty cool at 10,000 in open cockpits. The radio was not manned but a pilot in the area gave me runway and direction info. Clive had some chores to do on the farm but invited me to stay for tea and homemade cakein the farm house. Would that all airfields could be like this ”
