Amiens (LFAY) (FR)Submitted by: Richard Travis Long tarmac runway, plenty of microlight, gliding and aerobatic activity. Tower closed quite often ( so is the restaurant!) so blind calls in French. Keep a close lookout for traffic from opposite end of R/W - 30 is the preferred one in nil wind but some use 12! Parallel grass strip. Fuel to club members only but you might be able to wangle a deal!
